Mr. Dougherty joined Envoy Capital Partners in 2004. Most recently Mr. Dougherty had served as a Principal with Alexander Partners a real estate investment advisory firm that specialized in 1031 exchange solutions. Prior to that he spent 15 years in the financial services industry with a variety of leading firms including: ING, American Express, AXA, and Nicholas-Applegate. He received a BA from UC Davis and is a registered securities representative.

Mr. Levy joined Envoy Capital Partners in 2004 after spending 10 years in the leveraged finance industry holding senior management positions with several leading firms including Cerberus Capital Management, Congress Financial Corporation, and Greyrock Capital, a Bank of America subsidiary. Prior to that he worked in corporate finance at the Walt Disney Company. Mr. Levy is an active real estate investor. He received his MBA from the University of Southern California and his BA from UCLA.

Mr. Schrady is a founding principal of Envoy Capital Partners and has led the private equity and consulting practices of the firm since its inception in 2002. Prior to the founding of Envoy Capital Partners Mr. Schrady served as President of PS Orangeco, a subsidiary of Public Storage, the nation's largest storage real estate investment trust. Prior to that he was Vice President and General Manager of Garrett Thermal Systems, a strategic business unit of Honeywell International, and held a variety of senior level finance and strategic planning positions at AlliedSignal Inc. He received his MBA from the University of Southern California and his BS from UC Davis.

Mike Lopez

Mr. Lopez has financial services experience extending back to 1985, providing assistance to clients in the areas of commercial real estate, securities, insurance and retirement planning. He subsequently spent 10 years of his career in senior management positions running customer facing and service optimization organizations for DHL and Airborne Express, both leading express transportation companies. Mr. Lopez is a graduate of Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics, and is a Registered Securities and Insurance Representative.
